Digital physical education for students with sports stars
How to do sports at home without exercise equipment.

Basic physical education doesn't require exercise equipment. Shakhtar football club players – team captain Andriy Pyatov and defender Serhiy Kryvtsov – will show how to perform warm-ups and basic exercises.
These include squats, lunges, planks, push-ups, jumps, arm exercises, press-ups, and yoga exercises. You'll also learn how to train in pairs, ball stuffing, running at home, and ending your workout the right way.
