In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our AdTech products, working closely with developers and product managers to validate new features and support successful releases. Key Responsibilities Perform functional, regression, integration, cross-browser, exploratory, and API testing. Design, maintain, and execute test cases and test scenarios for web and mobile applications (primarily web). Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and validate features. Identify, document, and track defects throughout the software development lifecycle. Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation. Participate in release validation and quality assurance activities. Contribute to defining and improving QA processes, testing approaches, and quality standards across projects. Participate in test automation initiatives and quality improvement activities where applicable. Communicate effectively within the team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Requirements 3+ years of commercial experience in Quality Assurance. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, software testing methodologies, and test design techniques. Experience with web application and API testing. Hands-on experience with bug-tracking and project management tools (Jira). Practical experience with REST API testing tools (Postman, Swagger). Familiarity with version control systems (Git). Understanding of CI/CD processes (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.). Basic SQL knowledge and experience validating data would be a plus. Experience with test automation tools or scripting languages would be considered an advantage. English level: Intermediate (B1) or higher – able to read documentation and communicate effectively. Test Automation Engineer
N-iX is looking for Senior Test Automation Engineer to join the team About client: As an established market leader, our client has been processing over 18 million vehicle claims per year since 2002 with more than 1,000 employees worldwide. In our role as a digitalization expert, we combine AI-based processes and the latest technologies with the knowledge of our automotive experts. Together with our in-house research and development department, we are working to realize our vision: Car drivers around the world will have their claims fairly settled on the very same day. Responsibilities: Holistic evaluation and continuous enhancement of all quality management aspects, with a particular focus on agentic AI systems. Develop clear and actionable acceptance criteria in close collaboration with Product Management, cross-functional departments, and software developers. Design, build, and execute comprehensive test scenarios, including functional, integration, and specifically agentic AI-driven behavior tests. Investigate, reproduce, document, and communicate detailed reports on software defects and anomalous AI behaviors. Expand and refine test automation frameworks within a CI/CD pipeline, with special attention to scenarios involving autonomous decision-making AI. Provide active support during customer acceptance tests, performing both automated and manual test procedures. Continuously ensure and enhance user experience, system security, reliability, and performance, particularly considering unique challenges posed by AI-driven Collaborate closely within the dedicated testing team to share knowledge, improve testing strategies, and implement innovative approaches to agentic AI testing. Requirements: Completed IT-related vocational training, preferably complemented by a degree in computer science or related fields, plus at least 5 years of professional experience in test automation and quality assurance Solid programming experience, specifically in C# or Python, and familiarity with testing and debugging agentic or autonomous AI systems is highly valued. Personality & Working Style: An agile mindset, proactive attitude, and strong methodological expertise in test case design, especially tailored to complex AI-driven Technical Expertise: Proficient in testing tools and frameworks such as SpecFlow, XRay, Selenium, and JMeter, including their application to AI-specific testing challenges.
