Everything you need to start a successful teaching career

Experts: Olha Kazakova, Olha Rukhlova, Oleksandra Savchenko, +9

The beginning of teaching is an important and challenging stage, as a young teacher must quickly adapt to the school's requirements, the students' expectations, and the realities of the educational process. To support teachers with up to 5 years of professional experience, we have created an expanded educational series.

Throughout 7 episodes with 21 parts, you will learn how to organize effective classroom interaction, build trusting relationships with students, set learning goals, and achieve results in accordance with state education policy.

The course will help you familiarize yourself with the legal documents that regulate the teachers' work, develop critical thinking, master practical tools for daily work, pedagogical strategies, communication, and management skills. However, the series will not be limited to dry theory: experienced teachers will share invaluable experience from their own teaching practice.

The educational series will be useful to everyone who wants to build a confident and conscious teaching career in the new Ukrainian school.

The educational series was created by the NGO “Teach for Ukraine” within the framework of the MYRPUA programme with the support of Education Cannot Wait (ECW) for the Diia.Education platform.
