In the modern military environment, effective communication based on respect for human rights and the principles of equality is not only ethical, but also a necessary element of professional culture.

 

This course is aimed at developing an understanding of gender equality, preventing discrimination and developing skills of sensitive and non-discriminatory communication in AFU.

 

The course program covers the basics of:

  • human rights
  • mechanisms for their legislative support
  • gender aspects of military service
  • the impact of organizational culture on the working atmosphere.

 

Special emphasis is placed on issues of discrimination, gender-based violence and effective communication strategies to create a safe and inclusive environment.
