The procurement agency of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, the State Operator For Non-Lethal Aquisition, invites you to a course where you will learn about: how defense procurement is carried out, who decides what and when to buy for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and how to do it, where to apply to become a supplier for the military, how to prepare for and participate in procurement on Prozorro.

All stages of procurement are covered in the series by experts from the State Logistics Operator, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and Prozorro.


The educational series was created by the  State Operator for Non-Lethal Acquisition in cooperation with the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office, the All-Ukrainian Economic Platform "Made in Ukraine," and the Prozorro electronic public procurement system, with the support of the UK Special Defence Advisor Programme for the Diia.Education platform and the Diia.Business portal.

We start the series by answering the question of why the opportunity to become a supplier to the Armed Forces of Ukraine is promising and interesting for Ukrainian companies. In the series, Dmytro Klimenkov, Deputy Minister of Defense, will tell how the DOT engages domestic producers in procurement. And Nadiya Bigun, Deputy Minister of Economy, will explain how business participation in defense procurement contributes to economic development and job preservation in Ukraine.
