The educational series helps new employees of the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine better understand their role within a team working to rebuild the country.
It introduces the Ministry’s structure and core values, and explains key ethical and anti-corruption requirements. The course explores why integrity matters in day-to-day work, how to ensure equality and mutual respect within the team, and what to do in cases of conflict of interest or misconduct.
Special attention is given to the Ministry’s Anti-Corruption Programme. What risks it addresses, who is responsible for its implementation, and how each person, from leadership to individual staff members, can contribute to preventing corruption.
The course also introduces the work of the anti-corruption unit and explains how to seek advice, report violations, and protect your rights.
The educational series was created by the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine with the support of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine and the Government of Japan for the Diia.Education platform.
