How to support children during war

This educational series was created to provide important answers to the difficult questions of parents and teachers about how to help children cope with the consequences of war.
Over the course of 8 episodes, we will introduce you to how the brain works in a situation of anxiety, what reactions it triggers and what to do about it; which reactions are normal, and which require our special attention; how to help children with autism spectrum disorder; how to nurture resilience and take care of your resource in difficult times. You will learn simple and effective ways to stabilize the emotional state for children, ways to provide support and prevent the effects of stress. In the series, you will find information on how to teach children to influence their condition, manage their thoughts, and learn basic self-regulation techniques.
