The series "Stop Corruption. Commissioners" is a practical course for military officials, civil servants, and civilian staff who aspire to become full-time or part-time anti-corruption commissioners. It consists of eight episodes, where each of them covers key aspects of the job and provides the necessary knowledge to perform it.

 

The episodes cover the role of anti-corruption commissioners, their tasks and appointment procedures, development and implementation of anti-corruption programs, methods of corruption risk assessment, management of conflicts of interest, organization of information support, implementation and control of electronic declaration, response to corruption reports and cooperation with whistleblowers.

 

The course includes real-life examples, useful tips, templates, detailed action algorithms, practical advice, and the current legal framework. Viewers will learn how to build a culture of integrity, minimize risks, and implement international transparency standards effectively.

 

The educational series was created by the Building Integrity Training and Education Centre of the National Defence University of Ukraine. This episode describes the procedure for appointing anti-corruption commissioners, the requirements for candidates, the terms of their positions, and their key tasks: prevention of violations, anti-corruption expertise, verification of contractors, and staff training. An important step towards transparency is the professionalism and integrity of the commissioners.
