Anti-corruption

Guide for business: how to recognize and combat corruption

Experts:

If you are a small or medium-sized business and suspect that you have encountered corruption, this educational series is for you. Assess the risks of corruption for business, and recognize prohibited practices in business relationships. Hear about the work of the state apparatus and whistleblower protection. All these rules will help make doing business more transparent. The series can also be used for training in large businesses.

The anti-corruption recommendations are based on the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) Model Anti-Corruption Program for Legal Entities and the UN Global Compact's Guide to Collective Action Against Corruption, as well as other provisions of international law.

Recognize corruption and counteract its manifestations!

The educational series was developed as part of the Anti-Corruption Collective Action, a program of the UN Global Compact Network Ukraine. More than 50 Ukrainian experts from the private and public sectors contributed to the report.
