To reform the remuneration of civil servants, a new classification of civil service positions is being implemented across the country, based on their functional area.

The educational series was attended by the heads of expert groups of the General Department for Remuneration Policy and Functional Development of the Civil Service of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service.

The educational series was created at the initiative of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service with the assistance of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and with the support of the UNDP Ukraine/UNDP in Ukraine Human Rights for Ukraine Project funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark/Embassy of Denmark in Ukraine.
