The full-scale invasion of the russian federation on the territory of Ukraine created a turning point for our state. War is always a complex phenomenon, particularly for those who directly defend our borders. This course will demonstrate the path from a recruit to a soldier, reveal key issues of psychological readiness for combat operations and stabilization of one's condition in crisis and extreme conditions. Future and current military personnel will learn how to control themselves in difficult situations. Relatives and relatives of military personnel will understand the path a serviceman takes before returning to civilian life.
