Anti-Corruption Officers in the Recovery Sector: Onboarding to Profession

An online simulator that introduces how the Ministry works — its structure, values, code of conduct, and approach to preventing corruption.

Experts: Olena Ursu, Mizuho Yokoi, Kateryna Datsko, +3

This simulator is designed for newly appointed anti-corruption officers working within the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine or local self-government bodies. It will help you take your first confident steps: understand your responsibilities, explore key documents, assess risks, and create an anti-corruption action plan.

The simulator is built around short videos with examples and questions. You can complete it at your own pace — either independently or as part of onboarding for new staff.

The simulator was created by the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine with the support of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine and the Government of Japan for the Diia.Education platform.
